Macy Comrie began her ballet training over 25 years ago at Ballet School of Coeur d'Alene. At 15, she was accepted into Gelsey Kirkland's year-round program in New York City and trained at the Gelsey Kirkland Academy of Classical Ballet. Macy attended summer intensives with American Ballet Theatre and Chautauqua Festival Ballet on full scholarships and performed in The Nutcracker alongside New York City Ballet's Daniel Ulbright and San Francisco Ballet's Misa Kuranaga. She also received mentorship from NYC Ballet legends Stephanie Saland, Peter Martins, and Patricia McBride. She completed her formal training with Sergio Neglia of Neglia Ballet Artists, before graduating high school and entering the professional ballet career.

Macy danced principal and soloist roles with Dance Theatre of Tennessee, including Gretel in Hansel and Gretel, the Peasant Pas de Deux in Giselle, and Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker. She also performed professionally in New York, Nashville, and at Walt Disney World. After transitioning to teaching, Macy has spent the past 10 years sharing her passion for ballet in New York, Portland, Nashville, and Florida. She is excited to continue inspiring the community with her knowledge and passion of the classical arts.

Malyk Comrie is a lifelong lover of the arts, with a deep passion for music, visual art, and theater. He thrives on connecting with others who share his enthusiasm for the fine arts and believes in the power of artistic expression to fuel the next generation. Malyk is thrilled to be a part of Ocala Metro Ballet Theatre, where he can contribute to preserving the timeless art of ballet and help foster a space for creativity, collaboration, and community engagement for all.

Robert Koppa has dedicated his career to building strong relationships with business owners, and fostering connections that drive community growth. As a passionate supporter of the arts, he is eager to collaborate with Ocala Metro Ballet Theatre, helping to strengthen community ties and advocate for the preservation of classical arts in the region. His commitment to both business and the arts will bridge these worlds for a vibrant cultural future at Ocala Metro Ballet Theatre.
